Where is my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging in to the "My Account" section of the website. The link is at the top right hand side of each page.

There's also tracking information in your order confirmation email.

I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please check your SPAM folder in your email client/program. If you can't find it, send us a note via the contact page, and we'll resend.

How do I access my account?

When you complete the checkout process and place your order with us, you will be sent an email confirming your order details. This also includes your account information that you can use to log into this website and track your order.

I've lost my password.

We don't know it either! However, we can reset it for you - phewww! Click on this link to request a password reset. A new password will be emailed to you (to the email account you signed up with).

If you're still having troubles, send us a note on our contact page and we'll sort it out.

Cancelling my order

If you've just placed your order and need to cancel it, let us know straight away via our contact page, or calling us on 1300 660 558.

If the order hasn't been processed, we'll cancel it and refund the charges. If the order has already been processed, we can organise a refund according to our return policy.
