Can I place orders by phone?

Yes, call us on 1300 660 558, and we will process your order over the phone. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We will request the same details as we do for online ordering - your name, contact phone number, email address, delivery address, order and shipping details, and payment details.


Is it safe to purchase online?

Absolutely yes! This website uses the latest in security and encryption technology, and complies with the Australian online credit card processing regulations to ensure your payment information is safe. We do not record or store any credit card details, as your online payment is processed directly by our Australian merchant bank.

Do I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. On completion of your online order, you will be emailed details of your order for your reference. This includes an order number and shipping details with tracking information. If you do not receive this order confirmation email, please first check the "spam" section of your email. If you still can't find it, please contact us, and we will confirm your email address was entered correctly, and re-send the confirmation.


Can I place an international order?

No. At this stage we only accept orders from Australian customers and ship to dometic Australian addresses.


Is there a minimum order amount?

No. Order as little or as much as your like! From time to time we offer promotions such as reduced shipping costs for orders over a certain amount, at which times you can get a better deal from making a larger purchase.


Do you charge GST?

As an Australian company, we charge GST of 10% on all items. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST. On completion of your order, you will receive a Tax Invoice showing the total order value and the GST amount.


How do I make changes or cancel my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this confirmation to make sure all details are correct. If you need to make a change, please call us on 1300 660 588. If your order has not been processed or shipped, we can assist with making your required changes. If the order has been processed and/or shipped, we may not be able to make any changes or cancellations.

Our order processing and fullfilment system is very automated and streamlined so we can offer prompt deliveries and the fastest possible service. This can leave only a limited time to make changes between ordering and fullfilment. So, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes.

All you need to do is provide us with a link to the online price, or a copy of the catalog showing advertised price (just take a photo of the page with your phone) - email it to us at sales@portablefridgesonline.com.au, along with what items you want to order.

Will you spam me?

No. We hate being spammed, and refuse to do business with companies who spam us. We respect your time and attention. We require your email address for communication regarding your order - such as order confirmation and payment receipts. We will not send you unsolicited offers from our business, or rent or sell your contact information to any third party.

We do have a separate mailing list where you can subscribe to hear about news, special promotions etc, from our business and related companies. We use this list to make occassional relevant offers to customers interested in our products. Ordering and purchasing from us DOES NOT automatically subscribe you to this mailing list.
